Steps for debugging tattoo machines
Step 1: hold the needle tube of the tattoo machine with your left hand, hold the bottom of the "main seat" with your index finger, and hold the position of "needle tube fixing button" with your thumb.
Step 2: connect the ac power supply and connect the cable to the socket of the tattoo machine.
Third step: with the right thumb and forefinger hold "adjust the fixed button" to "relax" state.
Step 4: hold the "pressure regulating button" with the thumb and forefinger of the right hand, adjust the "pressure regulating button" and step on the "foot switch" with the right foot to start the tattoo machine.
Step 5: when adjusting the "pressure adjustment button" with your right thumb and index finger, do not leave or relax the "pressure adjustment button" with your right hand until the tattoo machine produces the best speed and sound.Meanwhile, touch the front end of the magnetic strip with the thumb belly of the left hand, and fix the lower part of the button with the needle rod.At this point, the tattoo machine is in the best working state.
Step 6: when debugging the tattoo machine, we need to pay attention to the stroke of the tattoo machine. (stroke means the distance between the magnetic strip and magnetic coil of the tattoo machine) the stroke must be at least 2.5mm.This allows the needle to stretch enough so that when it reaches out, it penetrates into the bottom layer of the epidermis, and when it retract, it retract back into the tube to get pigment.
Step 7: when the tattoo machine reaches the optimal state, the right foot leaves the "foot switch", namely, the power is cut off, and the tattoo machine is in the shutdown state. With the thumb and index finger of the right hand, adjust the "adjust fixing button" to the tightest state, and lock the "press adjustment button".
